Unable to start PPM Nodes after succesfully installing Autopass License 9.30
The Following message is displayed after deploying sh ./kLicenseInstall.sh
License succesfully with the status as follows: " Installing the license key(s) from file... X license key(s) installed succesfully"
However, it failed to start PPM node. There were 2 things mentioned in the logs:
a- ERROR server:localhost-startStop-1 : Please apply for a valid license from the HP Licensing for Software portal
b- ERROR server:localhost-startStop-1 : An error occurred while starting the Kintana server.
Customer should help to provide following info.
run " sh kLicenseReader.sh >license_info.txt"
select * from knta_license_datasource
If there is no " Foundation License" , which is requiered to startup PPM
Please ask license team to apply it again
After starting PPM Server, the system checks whether either of the following licenses is enabled
Foundation License Up To 25 Users
Foundation License Over 25 Users
Product requiring especific license in order to start services - Foundation License.
