Updating field on Request Type in Completed status

We have a field called "Reviewed by CAB?" with Yes/No values. When our Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews the change request, we set the value to Yes. However, some requests are completed prior to us reviewing them. When this happens, and the request is Complete, the Reviewed by CAB field becomes read-only, so the "No" is there forever, when really it should be Yes if we reviewed it after-the-fact.

Is there a way to make a field editable during the Completed status of the request? I've already gone into the Status Dependencies tab of the Request Type, and the field is set to Editable=Yes for all statuses, yet it's still read-only. Thanks!

As long as the request is closed, you cannot make any edits in the UI.  Your options are to Re-open the request or to make the update on the backend.  We created a re-open step that allows a selection to re-open as you normally would or to move to a step that allows only specific fields to be edited and then re-closes the request.  You could also modify the workflow to not allow future requests to be closed until you review it.
