Hello,
When we upgraded from 8.02 to 9.14, we received an Upgrade Assessment Report (from HP) to aid in the upgrade.
Is there something similar for an upgrade from 9.14 to 9.22?
Thanks.

Hi,
We do not provide any Upgrade assessment report anymore. This is handled by our PSO division at a cost. However, you could make use of the new pre-validation report feature in 7.5 and 8.0 upgrade. You may start the upgrade and cancel the upgrade after pre-validation. Prevalidation checks for data inconsistencies that might cause upgrade problems.

Hi,
I am not seeing anything like this in our Support Database.
It probably is just the name for the Pre-Validation scripts that are run. When the upgrade is run, it will automatically do this assessment and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted.
See the "Prevalidation Reports" section of the Upgrade Guide for details.
