Hi Roger,
From the screenshot, it looks like an error occurs when the installer is installing "VSTO 3.0", which is a library required for the plugin to work. The workaround will be to download and install VSTO 3.0 manually first - you can get it from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=23656 .
Once VSTO 3.0 is installed, run the PPM MSP Installer, it should skip the VSTO installation and hopefully proceed with the installation.
Please advise on the result,
