Work allocation with access restriction.

Jump to solution

Hello everybody!

Last week I configured work allocation so that MISC_1value of TMG - Misc. Work Items validation was NOT availiable for RESOURCE_1 when he adds lines to his timesheet.

After that MISC_1 disappeared from his misc. list BUT he can add it from suggested items list because the previous timesheet contained it.

How to close the access to MISC_1 item for RESOURE_1 completely in this case?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Aleksey,

Can you please attach a screenshot showing this?

It is not possible to change a request type in use.It could be an access grant problem, please check it.

Warm Regards,
Carolina
