Workbench Step Status Problem

Hi all,

We have problem on Workflow Step Status. While we try to open that selection popup, we are getting an error as "The validation associated with this component produced an error", "Invalid Character ORA-00911".

We tried lots of thing to fix it. Here the things which we tried;

update KNTA_VALIDATIONS_NLS set VALIDATION_SQL = 'select
  STATUS_ID,
          STATUS_NAME from KCRT_STATUSES
          where UPPER(STATUS_NAME) like UPPER(''?'' || ''%'')
          and (STATUS_NAME  like upper(substr(''?'',1,1)) || ''%''
            or   STATUS_NAME  like lower(substr(''?'',1,1)) || ''%'')
          order by 2' where VALIDATION_NAME = 'CRT - Request Type Status -
          All';

  select validation_sql from knta_validations_nls where validation_name
  ='CRT - Request Type Status - All';

Returned:  select STATUS_ID, STATUS_NAME from KCRT_STATUSES
  where UPPER(STATUS_NAME) like UPPER('?' || '%')
  and (STATUS_NAME  like upper(substr('?',1,1)) || '%'
    or   STATUS_NAME  like lower(substr('?',1,1)) || '%')
  order by 2;
select STATUS_ID, STATUS_NAME from KCRT_STATUSES;

Returned: Successfully selected rows

Also tried to stop PPM, run kJSPCompiler.sh and kUpdateHtml.sh command but nothing has changed.
I have attached the screenshots of problem on workbench.

Do you have any idea or solution about it?

Thanks,
Regards,
