XML Plugin to Import to PPM 9.3

Import XML to PPM 9.3
I need to create requests from excel. I have created the excel in specified format and converted to XML using XML plugin for 9.1 and imported them to PPM 9.3 but it failed with error.
Field Type is required and cannot be empty
null
    com.kintana.crt.openapi.RulesWrapper.setUIRequiredRule(RulesWrapper.java:574)
    com.kintana.crt.openapi.RulesWrapper.processRules(RulesWrapper.java:403)
    com.kintana.crt.openapi.RulesWrapper.processRules(RulesWrapper.java:266)
    com.kintana.crt.openapi.RulesWrapper.processRules(RulesWrapper.java:262)

    com.kintana.crt.openapi.RequestWrapper.save(RequestWrapper.java:424)
    com.kintana.crt.openapi.RequestWrapper.save(RequestWrapper.java:436)

    com.kintana.crt.openapi.webservices2.RequestWebServiceAPI.saveRequest(RequestWebServiceAPI.java:493)
    ...
I think it is because i created the XML Data using XML plugin for 9.1 version and importing them into PPM 9.3.
I have never received this error before, I tried to bebug everything, there is no issues with the request type, workflow and the xml data format. All looks good but the version.

Any one have the plugin for PPM 9.3? or any work around to make it work in PPM 9.3? Thanks

This kind of looks like you have a field called TYPE that is required but you're not providing a value in your import data....?
