audit trail on financial summary

Hi All,

We dont see what was changed from financial summary audit trail. It is only giving wether it was increased or decreased. Can anyone please let us know from where we can get how much amount was increased or decreased in financial summary. There are columns in itg_audit_events table but those are not giving enough information.

Hi Shravan,

Currently we do not track the fine grained details of changed values in Audit Trail, and there's no built-in way to get it - all you can do is take regular snapshots and compare the snapshots with the current data - which will only give you diff, not the list of all changes that led to current figures since last snapshot.

If you need fine grained details, you may create some triggers in PPM DB to capture all changes in a custom table. You are also welcome to submit a new Idea on PPM Idea Exchange.
