Question -

Is it safe to change the parameter to show/enter Financials in whole numbers in a system that has many existing Financial Summaries which were previously entered in thousands?

I would think this should be a totally safe change (since it's stored in the database as dollars regardless of the parameter) but just want to make sure.

Thanks-

Danny

Hi Danny,

It is completely safe, this parameter determines whether forecast, approved funding, and financial summary values are expressed in whole dollars. Which means that if it is true and the financial summary values have decimals they will be rounded to be expressed in whole dollars.

Best regards,
Randall
