default time and billing approver error
One of PPM user is getting error as he is trying to approve his timesheet. Error says 'This timesheet cannot be submitted because The Time Approve and Billing Approver has not been set' although user's time and billing approvers are not null.
Why do you think this error occurs? How can i fix this?

I searched in the support database and it seems that in this situation the Approvers_envaluation service has not ran yet. This service is enabled by default and runs every hour. It periodically checks to determine whether the resource assigned to approve a timesheet has changed.
Could you please check if the problem is still present, or is there a way you can replicate it if it persists?
