getting popup message on accessHPE PPM centre module

Hello,

Can you please help me to find out what access is missing so that user is getting message 

"

You have not been granted access to any HPE Project and Portfolio Management Center modules. Please contact your administrator.

"

Hi Roshan,

Can you share:

1) Your PPM Version

2) A screenshot of the error

3) The list of licenses this user is assigned

Note that if a user has no modules they can access and no personal dashboard page defined, they should see a message "The current user has no dashboard pages." displayed on the dashboard, not the error popup you're mentioning. That's what I got when I log with a user with no access to any module, no private page, only DM license and only "View Requests" Access grant.
