getting request types with RESTful Web Services

Hello.

I'm using RESTful API to get the enabled request types from a PPM server, so I submit the following REST request:

  • Request: http://<PPM_Server_IP>:<port>/itg/rest/dm/requestTypes
  • HTTP Method: GET

PPM returns only 3 request types: Bug, Enhancement and Generic Request. But on workbench I can see more, such as Project Details, and some others I made, and they're enabled on workbench, in fact, those types can be used by the PPM users to create projects.

Please, does anyone know how to enable request types so that they can be returned using the REST request mentioned?

Thanks,

M.G.

Re: getting request types with RESTful Web Services

Hi Miguel,

You cannot get a PFM Project request type with REST API in my opinion. You must use SOAP Web services.
