In the server log there are messages like:

 

The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/Images/Back.gif no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/Images/Forward.gif no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/Images/Back.gif no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/nullGetVersion no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/Images/Forward.gif no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/Images/ToolbarBackground.jpg no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/nullGetVersion no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/Images/ToolbarBackground.jpg no longer exists on the server.
The attachment file could not be downloaded. The file: manual/Skin/nullGetVersion no longer exists on the server.

And many more.

 

These are coming from Help center when using Internet Explorer 8 and 9. This is related to 3rd party product for which HP does not have any ownership.
