<(PPM) Support Tip>: PPM-ALM Integration parent/child fields mapping

Example: Two fields - parent/child fields - are mapped on the integration configuration page. After synchronization only one of them is updated and the other not updated.

For parent/child fields, if the two field’s values cannot match the relation rule in PPM, only the parent field will be updated. If the field’s value matches the relation rule in PPM, both fields will be updated in PPM. Cheek if the field mappings sequence is correct, the parent field should be listed ahead of the related child field.
If the mappings sequence is not like this, only one field can be updated in PPM.

When mapping the fields it should be done: set mapping for the parent field first, then set mapping for the child field.
