AWS AMI encryption.

Hello there,

I have read that PlateSpin supports AWS volume encryption and have been asked if PlateSpin supports encryption at the AMI level as I cannot find it in the job options.

Thanks for your time.

Re: AWS AMI encryption.

Hi Robi,
PlateSpin definitely supports encryption. But it is related to the data which is being sent from Source to the Target during live migration.

Encryption on Insance base is not available during migration.

Hope the above information helps. Please connect me (Rama) if you need further information on the same.
