Platespin Job stuck at 84%. while migrateing to AWS

Hi,

We are migrating a window 2008 R2 server on AWS the data copy is completed but job is stuck at 84% while configuring target machine and it is not progressing .

Generally when we stuck here we reboot the server and job progresses but this time job is not progressing.

Can someone help here!

Hello, I have some questions. Can you advise what step the migration job is stuck on? Is the job reporting an error or simply no longer progressing? Is there an anti-virus service on the source and if so did you disable it? Is this affecting a single machine or several?
I would advise you request assistance from technical support by creating a service request at www.microfocus.com/customercenter
