Windows 2008 FAT32,CIFS

I have some server is windows 2008 with the file system is FAT32 and CIFS,I check our migrate user manual,I can't find some support for this.
So,If I choice the transfer method is block,Can support for this? thanks for your support!

PlateSpin Migrate not longer supports FAT32 file systems, now it's only NTFS. If the OS partition is NTFS then you could migrate it and exclude the FAT32 partitions. I have never tried this scenario, but it might be possible to create the target system manually in advance with NTFS volumes and then select "Incremental" as the initial replication method in Migrate - that's assuming that these servers would work on NTFS though.

I did also find an old forum post covering this subject, perhaps it might be helpful.
