How to uninstall Platespin protect server

Hi,
we're managing an already productive environment, not installed and
configured by us, that must be dismissed ASAP.

My question is: there is a procedure to follow to de-configure and
uninstall the Platespin protect server from a W2008 server?
We've got two different server with ver. 10.3 and 11.0 with both a SQL
express installation.

Thanks
