PlateSpin.BlockBasedVolumeWrapper.BlockBasedVolume Exception

Hi, has anyone had this error.

Volume C:\ProgramData\PlateSpin\Volume
Snapshots\51fbb2a1-d6c4-4f34-af90-e4317bf6584f is not available. Please
ensure that this volume is still available on the source machine and
rerun the replication.

This was working at one stage but now gives the error above, the problem
seems to be on the source machine but dont know where it could be.
We have removed and reinstalled agents with no luck.

Kind Regards

Re: PlateSpin.BlockBasedVolumeWrapper.BlockBasedVolume Exception

The problem is likely that there was a problem taking the Volume
Snapshot Service snapshot for one or more of the volumes on the source
workload.
In event viewer browse through the application log (look for the
"source" column to be VSS) and the system log (look for the "source"
column to be Volsnap). If you see an entry with an error for either of
those, then you can reseach the specific error to determine the root
cause (it would be best to check with either Microsoft or the system
administrator of the source workload). The problem is likely with the
Windows service VSS rather than the PlateSpin product.
