Add Product Version rule to patch policy to Patch Policies

As a patch administrator when defining Patch Policies I want to be able to include only patches for a specific version of a product so that I can build different rules for different products.

Happy Path:
1) I create a new patch policy.
2) On the Patch Policy Rules page I can limit the policy to applying patches to only specific products such as Windows, Office, Skype, etc.
3) I can then specify to patch only certain versions of the specified product.
