Report: Not Patched Patches by Device

Give us a filter so we can filter only on Criticals and/or Recommended and/or Software Installs. Also a filter for a recursive search on all devices in a certain ZCC folder, this would allow them to get just devices in a particular folder which can then be given to Patch admins that are in charge of those devices.
