Log patches applied by ZPM to each device

As a patch administrator in a highly regulated environment I need the ability to have all patches applied by ZPM logged against the device along with the date that they were applied so that at any given time I can see what patch changes were made to the device when.

Happy Path:
1) During patch remediation / patch policy application any patch applied is logged into the database
2) I can go into ZCC and see the patch history for the device
3) I can run reports that show the patch history
