check patch installed or not before ZPM install patch

Much server that may be had install much patch from WSUS or MS update server, but it I use ZPM Policy policy deliver patch , even this server has updte to latest. the policy still install patch one by one.
If ZPM or Patch Policy function that deliver patch to Target Server or workstations...could check if this patch has installed or not...if this patch installed, bypass and go next patch.

if we could add such check function, the deliver speed will faster 2-4 times.
