Performance center run failure

Hi,

Not able to run a test from Performance Center, cause the scripts are not being retrived to the controller machine. Error message: “Cannot retrieve scripts: Error downloading script xxxx failed”.

Any suggestion? or anyone faced this issue before?

HP is suggesting to disable antivirus. let me know if anything else could work here?

Hello, 

About your question, 

The first step that we always recommend is disable the antivirus for a while (the time that the test take). 

So, I really recommend to try that, and then if doesn't work, you can create a ticket with support they will help you.

Hi RemoB,

If your execution fails and not able to collate the results properly this issue will come, also disabling Anti- Virus makes you easy to download due to some blockers may go away.
