Allow Bandwidth Throttling of 0 Mbps

Allow Bandwidth Throttling of 0 Mbps

Although the minimum of 1 Mbps, in both the Fat and Web Client of Migrate 12.3, is pretty low, some clients simply do not want PlateSpin to use any bandwidth during business hours.

This is problematic when the workload is very large and requires multiple days for a Full Migration/Replication to complete.

Setting the Bandwidth Throttling to 0 Mpbs would allow to "pause" the Data Transfer during a specific time.
