A list of the last time a user logged in and the last time a project was accessed

Jump to solution
Does anybody know how to write a query/create a list of users and identify the last time they logged onto Quality Center?
Also does anybody know how to get a list of last time each project was logged onto?
The reason why I ask these queries is because I am trying to clean-up Quality Center and get rid of inactive users / projects.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please post the new link to the URL which you have specified or please share the query to check the last access date for projects.

Thanks & Regards,
Sarfaz.

This is the query I use to get the last date each project was accessed.  It requires access to the site admin database.

select PROJECTS.DOMAIN_NAME, PROJECTS.PROJECT_NAME, MAX(SESSIONS_HISTORY.START_TIME)
from qcsiteadmin_db.td.PROJECTS
left outer join qcsiteadmin_db.td.SESSIONS_HISTORY SESSIONS_HISTORY
on (PROJECTS.PROJECT_NAME=SESSIONS_HISTORY.PROJECT_NAME) AND (PROJECTS.DOMAIN_NAME=SESSIONS_HISTORY.DOMAIN_NAME)
GROUP by PROJECTS.DOMAIN_NAME, PROJECTS.PROJECT_NAME

I'm running this query in the Crystal Report application, utilizing a locally defined ODBC Data Source to connect to the site admin database.
