ALM 15 installation - failed to set path to java

I tried different java, e.g. jdk-8u202-windows-x64

At the end of installation: in log file:  failed to set path to java

I tried different solutions, but nothing works, please help me or is ALM 15 crap?

Re: ALM 15 installation - failed to set path to java

add two parameters to the validation.xml:

<java-version enabled="false"/>

<alm-services enabled="false/>

it looks like it is working

Windows Server 2019
