ALM Synchronizer: ERROR during RUN of LINK between TFS 2018 and ALM 12.60

LINK between TFS 2018 and ALM 12.60 ist configured and enabled - no errors

DEFECTS from ALM are successfully transfered into TFS (described as "From1To2")

Not working "From2To1":

CREATE from TFS to ALM

Error Message is:

(IncSync.Create.From2To1.Source-201)

Create: Fatal exception caught, Operation terminated. Cause: fetchData: disconnected

Amount of ID´s to create is correct

Anybody has a hint?

I have same problem with TFS2015 and ALM 12.55,

MicroFocus Support, Do you have any answers about this problem?

You can try to enable Basic Authentication as described here:

https://github.com/Microsoft/tfs-cli/blob/master/docs/configureBasicAuth.md

We are currently evaluating alternative solutions to this synchronizer and they need this configuration - currently it is not configured and we are getting a similar "connection closed" error.
