Browser Shutdown

We are encountering a persistant problem with QC sessions shutting down and locking the opened entities.
It is coming up with error when the user is running a script, error message 'access valuation at address 029fd209 in module qcclie1ocx. read of address 0000000c '
Has anybody had any experience of this?

You might have some application running on the client PC that has a conflict with QC.

It seems like its session issue. Did you Delete the following directory. C:\Program Files\Common Files\Mercury Interactive\Quality Center
