Business View Excel Add-in Config fields not visible
We have an issue with some users when they use the Business Views Excel Add-in. The report will load and refresh as expected however they are unable to see the visible i.e. "[BV_report_name] Fields:" & "Selected Fields:" under the 'Fields' tab in Worksheet Configuration. This means they cannot tailor a report (a single Business View) for their own purposes; so we need to create specific Business Views for each user and means only one person can make changes at a time (as they need to log into "Customization" in QC. One workaround was to use Edit Query to manage this however in this view they cannot see the table not the DQL Query. See qcbv_issue2.png attachment.
