How do we find the audit log of an particular field (for example: Environment) in Test Lab?

First you have to turn it on.

See the menu Tools->Customize->Project Entities

Here you find the entity you want. In the test lab there are entities like Test Set, Run, Test Instances. If you find for example field Environment of Test Instances and see the parameters on the right, see if the History is checked.

Then you have to answer to question from Aimon. If you want to see it in GUI or in API.

In GUI it is directly in Test Lab. See the Execution Grid of test set and click on one test instance. In the detail window. See the History Tab.

If you want it by API. Find the documentation of OTA API or REST API and look for audit log or history search. i do not know about it.
