Test_Set_Object.Field("CY_ASSIGN_RCYC")

This will give you an object and not a string, so you can't extract it to Excel.

What you need is to access its Name property, just like in the workflow example I gave:

Test_Set_Object.Field("CY_ASSIGN_RCYC").Name

If you consult both the OTA API and the database reference you'll get a sense of the objects and more importantly
the fields / definitions you're after.

I believe you're going to want to look for:

Field("CY_ASSIGN_RCYC")

in the TestSet object.

Assuming you want to access it from the workflow:

   MsgBox TestSetFolder_Fields("CF_ASSIGN_RCYC").Value.Name

If Design_Step_List.Count > 0 Then
                                'For l = 1 To My_Test.DesignStepFactory.NewList("").Count
                                   For Each Design_Step In Design_Step_List
                                  '''''''''' 'This line working fine
                                    s1.Cells(m, 1).Value = Test_Set_Folder_Node.Path
                                    s1.Cells(m, 2).Value = Test_Set_Folder_Node.Name
                                    s1.Cells(m, 3).Value = Test_Set_Object.Name
                                   's1.Cells(m, 1).Value("D" & m).Value = Test_Instance.Name
                                    s1.Cells(m, 4).Value = Test_Instance.TestId
                                    s1.Cells(m, 5).Value = Test_Instance.TestName
                                    s1.Cells(m, 6).Value = Test_Instance.Field("TC_EXEC_DATE")
                                    s1.Cells(m, 10).Value = Test_Set_Object.Field("CY_CYCLE_ID")
                                      s1.Cells(m, 7).Value = Test_Instance.Status
''''''''''''ISSUE IS IN Below line. How to fix it???
                                      's1.Cells(m, 10).Value = Test_Set_Object.Field("CY_ASSIGN_RCYC")
                                     '''''''''''''''I tried like
                                      's1.Cells(m, 10).Value = Test_Instance.Field("TC_ASSIGN_RCYC")
