Isn't it enough to get the list of Site Admins from the Site Admininistration GUI?

Otherwise I guess you will need to query the Site Admin DB. The USERS_ROLES table will list the Site Admin user IDs.

You can use this VBScript, provided you have registered the ALM client:

Set fso = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
Set f = fso.OpenTextFile("c:\temp\tdadmins.csv", 2, True)
server = InputBox("Server URL:")
username = InputBox("Administrator account with access to all ALM projects")
password = InputBox("Password:")
Set tdc = CreateObject("tdapiole80.tdconnection")
tdc.InitConnectionEx (server)
tdc.Login username, password
Set domainList = tdc.VisibleDomains
For Each dom in domainList
    For Each proj In tdc.VisibleProjects(dom)
        tdc.Connect dom, proj
        Set usrs = tdc.Customization.UsersGroups.Group("TDAdmin").UsersList
        For Each usr in usrs
                f.WriteLine proj & ";" & usr.Name & ";" & usr.FullName & ";" & usr.Email
        Next
        Set usrs = Nothing
        tdc.Disconnect
    Next
Next
tdc.ReleaseConnection
Set tdc = Nothing
f.Close
Set f = Nothing
Set fso = Nothing
msgbox "Finished"

Thanks a lot your inputs Jan! I will check USERS_ROLES table.

Surprisingly I saw lot of site admin users ~50 to 60 members, so I thought this is a risk for application to have these many site administrators and advised application owner to remove unwanted site administrators ,for that purpose I requested for this report.
