How to include defect URL link in automail notification

How to include defect  tds URL link in email notification body so that users can directly click on the link to view their assigned defect.

Thank you for the info, but iam looking to see if i can isert defect hyperlink in body of the email so that users can directly click on the defect hyperlink to launch that particular defect in IE
