Jboss issue in ALM 11.00

I have ALM11.00 in RHEL 5.x installed and runnig for years. Thsi is a 2 node environment. Not to sure Node 1 has way over RAM size than node 2. But, for sure both has more than 8gb RAM.

Currently, the issue is that we been noticing Jboss in Node 2 is not running. But when I do "ps -ef | grep jboss" it shows as below.

[root@Node2 ~]# ps -ef | grep jboss
root 3143 1701 0 12:56 pts/3 00:00:00 grep jboss
root 18737 1 9 2018 ? 5-05:18:39 /opt/HP/HP_ALM_Platform/java/bin/java -Dprogram.name=run.sh -server -javaagent:/var/opt/HP/ALM/jboss/bin/newrelic/newrelic.jar -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseCompressedOops -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -Xms8192m -Xmx8192m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/var/opt/HP/ALM/jboss/lib/endorsed -Dcom.mercury.td.http.authentication=false -classpath /var/opt/HP/ALM/jboss/bin/run.jar:/opt/HP/HP_ALM_Platform/java/lib/tools.jar org.jboss.Main -b 0.0.0.0
root 19421 1 3 12:06 pts/1 00:01:39 /opt/HP/HP_ALM_Platform/java/bin/java -Dprogram.name=run.sh -server -javaagent:/var/opt/HP/ALM/jboss/bin/newrelic/newrelic.jar -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseCompressedOops -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -Xms8192m -Xmx8192m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/var/opt/HP/ALM/jboss/lib/endorsed -Dcom.mercury.td.http.authentication=false -classpath /var/opt/HP/ALM/jboss/bin/run.jar:/opt/HP/HP_ALM_Platform/java/lib/tools.jar org.jboss.Main -b 0.0.0.0

Per my understanding Jboss should be running. But when I check as below, it shows Jboss is failed (faulted).

[root@Node2 ~]# /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/hares -disp -attribute State -group NFS_Mount -sys Node2
#Resource Attribute System Value
mount_nfs_share State Node2 ONLINE
quality_center_apache State Node2 ONLINE
quality_centre_jboss State Node2 FAULTED

Any suggestion to bring the Jboss ONLINE?
