Mail trigger to responsible tester at the end of test set status change in HP ALM

Hi All,

I have a client requirement. We have a folder that has 3 test sets. Each test set has 1 test instance. The requirement is that after each test instance status changes to Passed, mail should be triggered to the responsible tester of the test instance in the next test set.

Example shown below.

Folder 1

 Test Set 1 -> Test instance 1

Test set 2 -> Test instance 1

Test set 3 -> Test instance 1

Kindly help how to go about in designing a script to meet this requirement in HP ALM

Re: Mail trigger to responsible tester at the end of test set status change in HP ALM

Hello Priya,

Our suppoert is not in focus to create or develope codes so I would like to share with you this information about Software Professional Services (PSO)

HP Professional Services are the people who provide the consultancy and expertise you need to realize business value from your HP software. We consult on your IT strategy, from process design and solution architecture through software implementation and education to help drive solution adoption.

The PSO team is in charge of some activities that are beyond the standard Support contract which causes over-delivery, for example:
