Multi language support

Dear all,

I am using the ALM QC as part of test management, and I would like to enable the both Korean and English characters in a current project/server.

However, currently only English characters are being typed in ALM QC. Since the Domain is managed and supported by global team, I have only Project admin role instead of site admin role.

In this case, Is there any way to enable Korean in a project ?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

Re: Multi language support

Hi Jihyun,

If your ALM application is using SQL Server database as backend then try enabling "Unicode" option to support multi language.

Please try this in DEV environment and get acceptance , prior to making changes in PRODUCTION.

Below is the URL:

Re: Multi language support

Thanks for your quick response!

If I change the option (enable Unicode), then can I type Korean language for all section (test cases, defect etc.) in a project of QC ALM ?

Re: Multi language support

Yes, you will be able to, but pls try this development environment project prior to production , so that we can foresee any issues.
