Unable to locate the Favorite views in web client which was created in Desktop client

Hi,

        We just upgraded to ALM V 12.20. There were lot of Favorite views that we have created in Desktop client, however we weren't able to locate those favorite views in web client. Can you kindly confirm if this is how the system works or is threre way I can bring my Favourite views from Desktop to web client.

The desktop client and web client are completely independent of each other, functionally. What you have encountered is by design, just as the customized workflows that were set up will only work when the desktop client is used.
