Web Client - Access to this project has been denied

Hi,

Having issue were certain users can access projects through desktop client but not through the web client. They are getting the message "Access to this project has been denied" but no problems accessing the same project through the desktop client. 

Running ALM version 12.21 Patch 7. 

Any ideas why some users can access through desktop but not through web client?

Go to the Desktop client -Customize-Module access- if the group where the user belongs have a restriction module for requirements or defects the message will display.

 

Also in customize-groups and roles -administration tab you may select allow view/full access to requirements and defects.

 

Check that and will work,
