Hi all

We have upgraded ALM 11.52 to 12.55. Seems the upgrade is done but when we try to login with any existing user ID and password the below error appeared:

When we try to login from the site administrator page another error appears as below:

Does anyone have any idea ? why this happens?

Few items to check:

1) Is this same user able to log into the project in ALM 11.52 and other projects in ALM 12.55?

2) Did you check the password expiration of the project schema?

3) Is the login issue only for this user in this project or all users in this project is an issue?

1. Yes, same user can access ALM 11.52 but not any project in ALM 12.55

2. Password should be okay because just a day before I've logged in the older version

3. All users have the same issue with the new version ALM 12.55 after upgrade

4. If we try logging from site admin the exact error is "Access violation at address 19A5441C in module 'SIteAdmin.ocx'"

Did you check whether Database Administrator password is expired or not?
