qcsiteadmin_db tables

I will need to update the LDAP URL for HP quality center 10. Currently i dont have facility to update through siteAdmin. As my account is locked to login into Site Admin.

However i have access to update it qcsiteAdmin_db. Could somebody help to share the query to update the database.

Also is there any document available to explain about the various tables and usage of it in qcsiteAdmin_db database. Your response is highly appreciated.

Re: qcsiteadmin_db tables

I have not found any documentation for the Site Admin Schema database.

By just looking at the database I found that the URL for LDAP authentication was stored in the PARAMS table as the PARAM_VALUE for the PARAM_NAME= "DIRECTORY_PROVIDER_AUTHENTICATION_URL"

I don't know if that is the only place the value is stored.

Re: qcsiteadmin_db tables

Hi Vijayan,

Please confirm if you have changed only one parameter in PARAMS table and you were able to continue with the new LDAP server details .

thanks
