Keep Alive in Reflection 2014

Hi,

is it possible to activate a keep alive function in Reflection X 2014?
Version R1 SP1 15.6.746.0
Telnet connection

I get disconnected from the host server every 20 minutes and would like to bypass this little annoyance.

Thanks

Re: Keep Alive in Reflection 2014

Thmeyer,

There is not enough information to know what type of connection you are making in this case. For VT type connections there is no keep alive setting, but you can create an event using "Events Mapper" that will send something like a space-backspace to keep the host connection alive. If this is an X connection or if you need further assistance with your VT connection event, contact Micro Focus Support support2@microfocus.com

Thanks,
Jeff
