Regarding Connection panel not showing after creating new se

We have installed all the required things of reflection on our local machine we are trying to connect through reflection ZFE to our AS/400 system but after creating new session when we launching that session according to your official documents its must be open connection panel into the another windows but its not opening connection panel.

It could be something as simple as the browser blocking a pop-up window for the session to launch. Please contact our support at EMEASupport@microfocus.com
