VBA - Failed to load Secure Shell error

Hello,

Our organization recently upgraded to Reflection Desktop Pro 16.0 SP1 (16.0.333.0). We have routines in Microsoft Office 2010 VBA that utilize the Reflection FTP Type Library to initiate SSH SFTP connections to remote hosts in order to automate file transfers.

Since the upgrade, the following error code and message are being thrown by the library:
536870943
Failed to load Secure Shell

The Reflection FTP 1.15 Type Library is being used. What could be causing this?

Hello,

I am going through a similar issue within my organization only we are using Reflection 14. We have tried everything but cannot seem to connect. Same exact error as what you have described.

Have you been able to figure out the issue? If so I would greatly appreciate it if you would post the fix.

Per Micro Focus, this error is caused by a bug in their software. They are releasing an updated version (shortly) that will have fixed this issue.

Re: VBA - Failed to load Secure Shell error

How did you get Micro Focus to reply to you? I have a post that has sat quietly for a number of days.

Thanks
