Adding Requirements to Requirement module from Sharepoint portal

Hi ,


we have a need to create a share point portal where all the Business analyst would create a requirement and those Requirements should be created in ALM as a back end process.Any changes to these requriments in ALM should reflect back to Sharepoint poral.


As enterprise Standardization we are planning to use HP ALM to be our lifecycle management tool. Since each and every BA will not have knoweldge on ALM usage , we planned provide them an UI interface (Sharepoint Portal) to create a Requirement for a project and view Requirement status.



I am new to ALM and would like to know what are the different approaches available to achieve this functionality.



Currently i heard about ALM REST api and OTI client dll library to be used to create a requirement and get requirment details.


Please suggest how to sync data between ALM requirments module and a custome site/Sharepoint portal.
