The link (Requirements Defintion Management WP) on the site is not working.  The path it is trying to access is: http://h30501.www3.hp.com/t5/forums/replypage/board-id/RES_MGT_INE/message-id/1 which errors stating IE cannot display the page.   I was curious to read the content of this topic.  Thanks!

Tracy, that new link you just added simply re-directed me to http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Software/ct-p/sws-top

From there, I have no idea where the white paper is hiding.  Can you tell me the series of links I need to select in order to find the white paper?

Thanks for trying to share information; apologies if I'm missing something obvious.
