Better password/sync mechanism for Office 365

The method currently used to sync passwords / accounts for Office 365 (via a powershell a scheduled powershell script) is currently cumbersome, slow and very prown to errors, so implement a realtime sync mechanism so that changes are immediately synced. Especially required if customers have regular password changes, and quite often there are problems logging into Retain as the password sync has not run before the user logs in after a password change. Maybe have an Netiq Identity Manager connect for Retain, which can sync in a password change when it occurs?

Looking at this a bit more.. Sync more than likely there is a local directory which has the passwords synced to Office 365, why not just have an option to use LDAP authentication similar to what is available on the GW module. Not having real time sync of passwords is causing issues during passwords changes when using form fill SSO such as Access Manager, as the password is changed in Ad/Edir, but is not changed in Retain until the daily address book update event.
