Groupwise archive migration warning

Attempting to migrate a rather large Groupwise user archive into Retain. It appears to be stuck in the calculating phase and periodically returns a Warning-"No ticket available, Retry randomly". I have been migrating select users one at a time and have successfully completed quite a few. I cannot find any reference to this on a search. Wonder if anyone can tell me what this means?
Thanks.

I haven't seen that one before and may be why the crickets while we
scratched our heads.
possible that there is some problems in those archives as they are
something that typically doesn't get much maintenance. Have you run any
GWChecks against them. Might be worth running both a Structural and then
a Contents check against those bigger one. Where are the Archives and can
the users get at them while the archiving is happening?

It also makes me suspect a constrained resource some where.
1st place to check is the basic OS level on both the Retain server as well
as where the Retain workers are. How busy is CPU, how heavily is RAM used
(if it sucks up most/all swap its time for more), how full/busy is
storage. On Linux side I have a primer at
https://www.konecnyad.ca/andyk/nixadmin.htm

Beyond that, what versions are you running? Of Retain and GroupWise and
their respective OSes.
And what is 'Large'? Sometimes what one person thinks is large another
things as below average.

Re: Groupwise archive migration warning

I recreated the cfg file and the job ran--not sure what the problem was, but the account migrated successfully--thanks.
