Retain Reporting & Monitoring Server not accessible

I have recently installated Retain 4.3 server in our enviroment and configured the Groupwise module to work with retain. However, after configuring retain reporting and monitoring server and uploading the bootstrap file, I get the following error:

http://IPAdress:48080/RetainStatsServer/mysqlError.xhtml

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

How can I get rid of this error. The other options seems to be working fine but this one only giving the issues.

Any helpful ideas will be highly appreciated

Installation Environment : Sles12SP3
mysql : 5.7

what browser/OSversion are you seeing this with?
I haven't seen this one, so my first thoughts are making sure cookies
are cleaned up and perhaps using another browser even on another
system.

I have tried doing that all what you have mentioned, but still it gives the same error. Lemme know if anything more has to be done.

Regards,

Found the issue .. I noticed that I had not copied the mysql connector to the R&M server directory. Copying the same and then rebooting tomcat solved the issue.
