Unable to download Retain plugins from admin portal

Hi guys,

We've recently migrated from GroupWise to Office 365 and we need to set up the Retain plugin for use in Outlook. I've logged into our Retain admin portal and gone to the Tools section to download the plugins, however I get the message 'FILE NOT FOUND'. Is there somewhere else I can pick up the files, or will I have to do some re-configuring on our Retain server?

Sorry for the delay, the usual to many things on all us volunteers'
plates
If you haven't sorted this out elsewise:
check your version of Retain, it could be a version issue
Try another browser, or rightclick and open in another tab. I found
very differing results between different browsers on how they handled it.
